Cancellation Policy

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS Any request for a date, time, or location change must be made in writing at least two (2) weeks in advance of the original event date. Change is subject to photo booth availability and receipt of a new Service Contract. If there is no availability for the alternate date, time, or location, deposit shall be forfeited and no photo booth services will be provided. Any cancellation occurring less than two (2) weeks prior to the event date shall forfeit all payments received. PAYMENT TERMS: We require 50% deposit to secure your booking, together with the signed contract. The balance must be paid 72 hours prior to the date of the event. If the balance is not received before above mentioned date it could result in your booking being null and void and deposit forfeited.
